This policy explains pertinent information related to returning items purchased from 800-4GPS that we believe would be useful for you to know.
You accept this Returns Policy when you purchase equipment offered for sale by 800-4GPS at one of our physical locations, on our website and all related sites or via our authorised resellers. We may amend this Returns Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective as of the published effective date.
800-4GPS utilises the exclusive services of Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) for shipping items within Trinidad and Tobago. TTPost is a vibrant innovative organization with a fleet of over 50 vehicles traversing the length and breadth of Trinidad & Tobago. The service is supported by a comprehensive and robust delivery network unsurpassed in the Trinidad & Tobago market.
Clients may return items purchased from 800-4GPS via at one of our physical locations, on our website and all related sites or via our authorised resellers, within 14 days of purchase or 7 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval by submitting a return authorization request. 800-4GPS reserves the right to accept returns for items returned outside of the 14 day return period.
Refunds for returned items are determined as shown below. A flat restock fee of 10% applies to all returned items. Should 800-4GPS opt to accept a return outside of the 14 day return period, a refund would be issued as a credit only and the refund amount will be determined by 800-4GPS on a case by case basis.

If, in the sole opinion of 800-4GPS, the condition of the returned product was misrepresented, the appropriate refund amount would be applicable.
Clients are responsible for postage costs to return items to 800-4GPS. If a refund is being requested and the item was posted for free as a promotion, standard postage charges will be deducted from the refund.
Items that arrive in damaged condition must be reported within 7 days of purchase or 3 days of delivery.
For items purchased with debit or credit card, we typically process returns and refunds within 2 business days of receiving your return authorization request. Your credit card company may take a few additional days to process the refund to your card. When we process your return, we'll send you a confirming e-mail message.
Yes. If your item is defective within the first 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with another of the same item once the original item is returned in original non-damaged packaging. If you are not sure whether your item is defective, call us at +1 (868) 622-4477 and have your invoice or reference number handy. After the return policy period expires, the terms of the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
